【オンライン学習のこと】

　新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大が収まらず、令和３年度の夏休み明けは県内各校で分散登校やオンライン学習の併用などをしています。

　８月25日から２学期の授業が始まった本校でも全ての学年でオンライン学習が行える体制を整えました。県教育委員会としても制限登校の終期が定められない中、本校は８月30日（月）から、３年生は登校、１年生２年生は一日交代でオンラインでの自宅学習に取り組むこととし、全校生徒を３分の２に減らす対応をとっています。

　

　オンライン学習と一口にいっても、様々な形態があります。例えば、（1）オンデマンド方式のようにYouTube動画等を特定の場所に置き、生徒が好きな時間に視聴するもの。（2）クラウド上に課題が置かれ、生徒が自らアクセスして課題に取り組み、解答を提出するもの。（3）Zoomなどのテレビ会議システムを使って、ライブで授業配信をして双方向のやりとりをするもの、などがあります。

　本校では、現在、基本的に（３）のZoomを使った双方向型の授業展開をしています。通常時間割の中で、先生がいつもの教室にタブレットを持って出かけ、そこで普段通りの授業をします。タブレットに写る範囲で黒板を使って授業をする先生もいれば、パワーポイント等で用意した教材をタブレットに提示して授業を進めたり、様々な資料や映像を提示しながら授業をしている先生もいます。さらに、ブレイクアウトルームでグループワークをおこなうなどZoomの機能を最大限活用しようとしている先生もいます。

　通常時間割の中でオンライン授業を行なっていますが、まだまだICT機器の操作に慣れない先生も多い中、それぞれが工夫して何とか学びを継続しようとする姿勢、詳しい先生に聞きながら放課後に授業準備をする姿勢、そうした先生方の姿を見ると、目頭が熱くなります。

　９２５名という大人数の生徒を擁する本校ですが、登校日であっても感染症への心配から自宅学習を望む生徒もいますし、オンライン学習日であっても家庭にWi-Fi環境がない等の事情で登校する必要がある生徒もいます。

　生徒の個々の事情に配慮しつつ、感染症には最大限の対策をとり、学びは止めない、できることを、できる範囲で、できる限りやっていく、そんな姿勢をこれからも堅持していきます。

　初めて自宅でオンライン授業を体験した１年生からは「オンラインでこんな質の高い授業が受けられるとは思わなかった」等、好意的な受け止めが多く、学校としても励みになります。（以下のPDFファイルをクリックしてご覧ください。）

　対面学習とオンライン学習。それぞれの特徴を捉えながら、どんな形の学習形態が、このコロナ禍で望ましいのかを常に考えていきたいと思っています。

   All public high schools in Nagano prefecture have taken various measures since the end of the summer vacation to reduce the number of students at school, because of the spread of the corona virus.

   Our school has already established a system to give lessons to all the students online.  Actually from the 30th of August, the third-years come to school every day, and the second- and the first-years study at home online in turns, consequently two-thirds of the students work at school every day.

   Studying online includes (1) on-demand type where students have access to educational videos, (2) cloud-data type where students have access to the cloud-stored materials, and download and answer them on their own time, and (3)  live lesson type where students take part in a live lesson through the video conference system.

   Our school basically adopts the third one above, giving live lessons online using the Zoom conference system.   In the lesson some teachers use the blackboard in front of the tablet computer, some use the presentation software like PowerPoint, and some even use the “breakout room” in the Zoom to have group work in class.

   Some teachers are so familiar with new technology, and others are not.  Still all the teachers at Fukashi try to handle the digital devices to continue the lesson with the help of some teachers familiar with ICT under the spread of COVID-19, which I highly appreciate.

   Our school has 925 students.  Some want to study at home every day for security reasons, and some need to come to school on online days for various reasons, such as insufficient wireless environment.

   Naturally a face-to-face lesson has its good points, but an online lesson may also have its merits.  We need to continue to think agreeable and desirable styles of teaching and learning in and after the corona virus.
